No questions or pet stories this morning, but I wanted to share this. Someone we knew in Wyoming has been missing for nearly two weeks now in Japan, and if you feel compelled to donate/pray/light a candle/write your representative, do it. I hate that media coverage is so weird on missing persons–missing men rarely seem to get any attention at all.

Craig is well known in my circle of friends and my husband knows him. He was part of this poetry community before me, so I never met him, but he is beloved here and folks are watching and writing and hoping and caring.

I heard his story on NPR! So strange, to go missing like that. Fingers crossed that he’s found.
We are all so worried. So many here know him and miss him.
I’m so sorry for all you who kow and care about him! I will pray for his safe return.

I’m so sorry to hear about this. I don’t know that it’ll do anything, but I did email my representatives. Hope they find him soon.
